Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the backend and frontend components of our web applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality and user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
- Utilize your expertise in Node.js and Express.js to build scalable and efficient server-side applications.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using best practices and industry standards.
- Work with databases like MongoDB, SQL, and MySQL to design and optimize data models and perform database operations.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between the server and client.
Frontend Development:
- Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js or Vue.js.
- Implement HTML5, CSS, SASS or LESS, and JavaScript to create engaging and visually appealing web pages.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Utilize web browser tools to debug and optimize application performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a MERN Developer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered web applications.
- Solid experience in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack development.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and API development using tools like Postman.
- Strong knowledge of databases, including SQL and MySQL, and ability to design efficient data models.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js, along with proficiency in HTML5, CSS, SASS, LESS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and ability to create visually appealing user interfaces.
- Familiarity with web browser tools for debugging and optimizing applications.
